Here, we combined the selection of transcripts from the list of protein-coding genes of the secretome and membrane proteome dataset using The Human Protein Atlas Secretome and the&nbsp;Pten&nbsp;conditional knockout mice dataset (GSE 94574). After finding the upregulated and downregulated genes in the mPIN, MT and AT stages of PCa, we performed the GO enrichment analysis, PPI network using the STRING database, and the gene expression levels of the targets using the online GEPIA tool.
